The manager was really rude the way she spoke to me and the evil looks she gave me when I said no to selling as they was under cutting me big time they gave me £70 for 2.56 grams of 18ct gold ring took to another one in town and got £110 for the ring they UNDER CUT EVERYONE will never visit again

Online info does not work it says incorrect agreement # I called to try and find out some info and was spoken to by Graham like I am stupid!!! I do happen to know that my name starts with a capital letter.....graham thought I needed to be told after 40 years that my name starts with a capital letter.

A great h&t branch the staff are very helpful and professional and always willing to help especially a young lady by the name of Erika who went above and beyond to provide a super great service would highly recommend this branch to anyone especially with such great staff
