After being a customer for over 6 years I am saddened and disgusted by the treatment I received today. After the abrupt and rude phone calls received prior, from this woman , I should have been under no illusion that the very basic of customer service has bypassed her very basic limited intelligence. I have two payments to make one at Dover and one at Canterbury, I was told I could pay the Canterbury one in the Canterbury store, by this woman, over the phone. Great service we met Jane and Danis today and they helped us refunding our money which we transferred from different store and that store refused to refund it but H&P Pawnbrokers the ladies were so nice and definitely i would recommend it thank you so much
Monica is excellent with customer care and makes sure customer's know exactly what services are on offer.
Monica was very nice and helped me with everything I needed help with, she always had a smile on my face and made me fell very welcome, this is now my second encounter with Monica and I won’t hesitate to go back.
Both ladies that work there are lovely Denis served me so polite and helpful made me selling my gold easy 100% recommend for all there servies
