I have used their foreign currency service numerous times now. Always competitive rates and friendly and upbeat staff. My go to place for currency.
Awfull
Have dealt with this shop quite a few times now over the last couple of years, however, due to the bald man who works in there I won’t be dealing with them again. I have pawned the same items numerous times, platinum, diamond and gold jewellery and got the same loan each time, however when going to pawn these same items this time the man said the most he could do was £150 less than last time. Went at 5 pm, forgot my ID, wich is fine, I get it it can't be pawned without ID. But the explanation that came after is absolutely ridiculous. They said even with ID they close in 20-30 mins so thhey can't do it anyway. So my question is, why keep open until 17:30 if half an hour before closing you can't accept new customers...
Offered a much better Euro-Gbp exchange rate than the EuroChange 2 minutes down the road, saving me 100 pounds. The staff was professional and soft-spoken; whilst I was waiting for my transaction to complete a Thai couple with very poor grasp of English was trying to send money to their daughter back home - the male employee was very patient with them which as a foreigner myself I can greatly appreciate.
