Had an amazing experience yesterday at my local H&T Pawnbroker. Emily ,Kirsty and Michelle were excellent in their service of selling a ring and buying a beautiful ring. They were friendly , didn't rush me and overall a pleasant experience!! Well done Ladies .
This company it's a joke, my mate left a silver ring for resizing, he waited nearly two months for it and they cut his ring giving him the ring cut saying that's the best they can do, I'm wondering how are they still open, probably we will contact citizens advising
Have some lovely pieces and pay fairly well for gold to scrap or resell
I ordered a gold bracelet on line and arranged to pick it up from East Street Branch, unfortunately it got sent back to head office by mistake. Head office posted it back first class signed for and postman delivered it to The Marlands one by mistake. When I went to collect it at East Street , the ladies were more than helpful. l was given a cup of tea and waited while one of them went to collect it for me. H&T in Southampton refused to take Scottish notes in a transaction to buy euros. They insisted that the management of the company insists that they must not take these notes .as far as I am aware this is Stirling and not taking them is breaking the law.
