Really happy with the service at HSR Autos! They diagnosed and fixed the issue with my car really quickly. The service was fast, professional, and the price was very affordable. The team was friendly and explained everything clearly. Highly recommended and will definitely be back in the future
Popped by last minute without a booking and Mark and his very friendly team came to look at the issue (during their lunch break). Diagnosed the problem quickly, and were creative in finding a quick and easy solution. Can’t recommend enough!
took car in for service, they completed an assessment and casually ignored the warning lights on dash. (especially when I told the receptionist before dropping my car off that I needed the tyre sensors and pressures looked at!) I feel like the team could have easily looked into it or mention this to me before booking my car in for a service that did not include this work, but no, I had to try and get a mechanic opinion when I arrived to collect my car after the work was done.
