Overall Good. Simon saved the day or else this post would be much more critical. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Downsides - This probably could have been sorted out over a phone/video call. It would have avoided a very expensive call-out charge. It was a simple and predictable problem with the safety over-ride. The solution was the replacement of 2AA batteries (which were not stocked on the van). I know HSL needs to make money and avoid time-wasters - but there is a limit

We had an electric 5 bar gate fitted.The company are so professional. It was fitted so well and such a neat job you wouldn't have known they had been. Would highly recommend.
