From the time we arrived, we were greeted by Maxine and made us feel welcome with no pushy sales technique. She seemed genuine and listened to what we were looking for. We were in the showroom for a while, but at no point did we feel rushed. My 90 year old mum took ages to decide which riser recliner to buy but walked out with a purchase due to the customer care and service from Maxine. Thank you
Couldn’t thank the staff more for the help they gave my Nan and Grandad in purchasing a new sofa, they visited multiple times to pick the right one, got lots of guidance from the shop assistants and not pressured at all to go away and choose what was right for them. Maxine, in particular was so wonderful to deal with, suggesting alternative options that fitted their needs, working out great prices and deals and supplying lovely tea and biscuits! Thank you Maxine for helping them choose the perfect sofa!
Just went to Caterham shop and I have to say Pat the shop assistant was so lovely helpful polite and very patient with us. We managed to find the chair we needed only because with the help and advice we got from Pat. 100% recommend this branch.
Took my mum to HSL for a comfortable arm chair the staff were very helpful not at all pushy …the choice of chairs …wood and fabric is brilliant…so good my mum bought two chairs ! I was contacted by the office in Yorkshire to arrange a delivery date …the driver messaged me twice to keep me up to date with delivery time …they were friendly and professional …all very smooth from start to finish …companies could learn a lot from HSL …excellent customer service ! The chairs are very comfortable too !!
