Had a great experience considering not how I wanted to spend my day. From the ambulance ride in to being discharged everyone seemed happy to do there job and was very accommodating. Thank you for the jobs you do to keep us as healthy as possible.
Great service all the staff on 1 day care went above and beyond . They were all extremely caring and helpful love this place just don't like having to go there. Thank you all again
My 81-year-old mother is in late-stage Alzheimer's and was rushed to St. Mary's three weeks ago for emergency surgery. She spent almost two weeks in ICU and the last week in intermediate care. Everyone treated her with respect, concern and extreme care. She wanted for nothing, and our family was also cared for. Probably the most unprofessional hospital I've ever been to. I had to go to the ER for a fishing hook that was hooked in my hand. The PA said she was physically disturbed by it and had no idea how to handle it. Me and the maintenance man...yes the hospital maintenance man then removed the hook while 2 PAs watched and screamed. All the PA did was numb my finger she couldn't even give me a tetanus shot, she commanded the nurse to do it. Thank you to the emergency room staff from the check-in folks, to the doctors, to the nurses and to the folks that checked us out. My 7 year old son was calm while getting stitches due to the wonderful treatment he received from everyone.
I came into the ER on Friday night, and informed everyone along the way that I needed everything to work out quickly because I was having my wedding on Saturday. Everyone was MORE than accommodating, making sure my appendicitis was diagnosed quickly and treated swiftly. The nurses and doctors were so very sweet and gave me the best attention available. Because of the outstanding work of that crew, I was lucky enough to marry my best friend yesterday evening! Thank you to everyone I came in contact with during my stay!
