I think that everytime my family has to visit the Er we are treated great, we love it!!!!
I'm not the patient here, but I'm pretty impressed with the level of care my family member is receiving. Better than the other hospital here in town.
Took Mom there for a same day procedure and was treated very compassionately by all. Only complaint is I wish their computer system was linked to Prairie Hearts as she had to have a chest x-ray before the procedure and she just had one 2 months prior but they couldn't access records from HSHS computers
Wonderful care for myself and son. They were quick and kind, as well as very thorough.
Took my son to ER on advice of our on-call Dr. for complications from a knee injury. We were concerned he might have an infection as symptoms were pointing there. Check in was easy, nurses were very kind, the patient advocate circulating in the ER was very kind, too, and a welcome surprise. After running blood tests, physical inspection, and review of history, we got good news there was no infection. Everyone we interacted with was kind and professional. We normally use DMH but we're glad we went here this time.
They were efficient very friendly, professional. Will always choose them. Nurses and Doctors great.
