I spent Friday afternoon and evening in St Mary's ER and then on to admittance. The entire staff at St Mary's made what should have been a horrible time such a pleasant experience. I have to say my sons Nurse, Heather, gave a 150% care to my son and support to he and myself. I've never experienced such professionalism and expert care in such a challenging situation. She definitely made a bad situation into a good one. Thank you.

My mom is in severe pain can't walk crying and we have been in the room for 2 hours and continuing and not one doctor has been in to see her this is the most ridiculous bullshit I have ever seen
