I suffered for years with various ailments, skin, digestive and mental, I went to every physician I possibly could in ireland, they were cold and money driven, I was diagnosed as a celiac in spain within a month and my physical life has changed. For the tax we pay in ireland, its an awful service, I would habe never been diagnosed and died young. Thank you ireland
