The lady behind the counter would not let me pay cash in at the counter as she was too busy talking to the other counter assistant and not about work. I instead had to wait in a queue at the self service machine, the ignorant woman behind the counter then came out and said that I could lay in the cash if I filled out a slip. I went to use the cash machine yesterday 2/9/24 at 6pm to withdraw £100 cash, followed process and was rewarded with no cash dispensed, the transaction is showing on my account. I will be in touch later today when you open and through my bank, Santander.

My Father came in earlier today in order to conduct some business concerning the passport application fee of his birth nation etc. The lady who attended to his inquiry appeared rather stressed out and anxious judging from her body language etc. Judging from a far I thought she was about to have an emotional breakdown, the woman appeared as good as terrified really.
