A young lady called called Elaine helped me yesterday in the Rotherham Branch. Very patient and understanding. Went the extra mile. William, thank you.
After being given the runaround by their call centre, I visited the branch for help in relation to some transaction issues. A staff member called Carol dealt with me. All she did was call their call centre and put me on the phone to them for them to deal with! I asked them to call me the following day to discuss in depth as I had popped in on my lunch. Carol was unhelpful, unempathetic and uncaring. No idea whatsoever what good looks like in relation to customer experience. They did not call me back the following day either!... read more
