With her help, we completed the process quickly, and she answered many questions that international students often worry about! We received a very warm welcome and professional service. Staff member I spoke to is quite rude, ridiculous. Don’t understand how there’s sign that customer have to be friendly and respectful to staff but then the staff there gives bad attitude towards people, doesn’t make sense.
