For various reasons we had to visit the bank with my Mum and it was a bit emotional and the staff were so lovely, Kash and Dom made everything easy that we were trying to sort out and they were very efficient, friendly and fun.

Came into branch with probate documents to verify an account, but was unable to get this authorised. Staff member did not make one call to check. Made to feel like I was a fraudster - not a 40 years account holder!!!
