I needed help with getting on to online banking. Not used it for a long time only used mobile banking, I was muddled about how to access my keypad number. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and guided me through. She also helped with another query. Whenever I have visited this branch it has always been very positive. Thank you.
staff is very friendly
I recently had to inform Pocklington of my mother’s death. Completely unprofessional stoneyfaced clerk dealt with us. Didn’t bother to introduce herself or offer condolences, asked for identification when I had POA, was an Exec of another a/c, had 4 personal a/cs and a former employee. She couldn’t even be bothered to get up and see us out. Very Poor.
I use this bank for deposits for a local charity and find the staff really friendly and helpful -
