Tried to go to the HSBC in Gainsborough to pay some money into my bank at 15:14 on a Friday (it shuts to the public at 15:30) When we arrived, the lady was locking the door and was trying to explain to us why they were shutting early. Out the fact that it was a very disrespectful to do (trying to have a conversation through triple glazed door) the reason of shutting was even more ridiculous! "Our last appointment just finished so we're shutting". I am now left without being able to pay that money in and paying my bills!
Fantastic service when I visited, and very little wait. The staff were helpful and gave advice about things that could be done online. Only issue is the opening times which make it difficult to access if you work 9-5
