Cash Point never had any cash in it or constant errors. Extremely poor to be honest considering this is the only cash point in the area. Constantly annoying locals who are in need of CASH! GET A GRIP
Staff are polite and attentive/helpful. Snag is, the Top Management want to reduce costs/improve profits - thereby want everyone to go "on line". Little Ma Wonnacott with no email, no computer, no access, does not do things this way! Customer service from 2023? Zilch!
Tried to draw some money out using there hole in wall and didn’t dispense even after 5 mins yet it shown withdrawn on my bank statement… HSBC open up you’re an embarrassment
Terrible. Only open 20 hours a week. It's a bank, you have to be open. So open up and serve this community. It's not fair to the hardworking people of this town.
