Very helpful n good advice was given n given ways to get funding
Was referred however service was very slow. Didn’t get a response to a simple email for 8 days. After continuously contacting the office i was spoke to the caseworker.
Use caution. I've dealt with quite a few Solicitors over the past few years; they were always on point and up front. Professional to the end. I can't say the same for HRS. I feel "played". Not to mention, let down, hurt and disappointed. Lackluster service has left me hanging. Do not recommend. Complaints will be made. EDIT - Literally the worst Solicitors I've ever dealt with. Rude, lazy and apathetic. Especially Nicole Burge and Abby Horton. They will expect you to do all the legal work yourself whilst they go on holiday. ... read more
Disgusting law firm! DO NOT USE! The attitude of the staff from reception to solicitor is appalling! They will take your money & then treat you like you do not exist! They dont reply to emails once you have paid & don’t have the decency to keep you updated with whats going on! I had a solicitor there who decided to leave mid case & nobody bothered to tell me after countless emails & calls, when i finally got through they said they will re assign me & even now they haven’t bothered to call or email to keep updated.
