Well its been a tough week but couldn't thank Iain from human performance clinic enough stopped smoking cigarette and cannabis after 34 year on Monday by hypnotherapy and not smoked anything since no craving 4 anything dont get me wrong stress levels through the roof hopefully it calms down soon would defo recommend 2 any 1 thinking about stopping don't put it off u won't regret it thanks again iain
