We knew that we wanted a new car but had no idea what! These guys listened to our wishes and have given us the best car ever! We were asked our top budget and what I love is that we weren't only given options to the max of that budget - it was about us. Unbelievable service from start to finish. Couldn't be happier!
Mark and Nina made the whole experience so simple, gave a variety of options and explained the difference between the models. The process of deciding to receiving the car and afterwards, Hoxton cars kept in regular contact but not to force into a decision. It was seeing if there was anything more we needed, making sure we were happy with the car, the paperwork and if we needed anything else explained. Couldn’t recommend Hoxton Cars enough! Both Nina and Mark were fantastic! There were a couple of hurdles along the way through no fault of their own but they acted on things so efficiently that what we came away with was even better! The whole process was so easy for us, would definitely use again! Thanks guys!!
Highly recommend Hoxton Cars. We’ve just purchased our second car with Mark and Nina and cant thank them enough. The second purchase was a bit of a slow burner due to us not really knowing what we wanted but also having to get rid of our current car. Mark and Nina were patient but also never gave up on our search, answering any questions we had and coming back and forth on deals. Nina & Mark are just wonderful, entirely honest and trustworthy. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone and anyone! I went to them with a what I thought would be a quick question regarding car sales, they supported me for days, showing how much they know their stuff inside and out! I couldn’t have been more impressed and supported by the pair! 5* doesn’t feel enough!
