Booked MOT. Guy doing it seemed to be an external supply mechanic or something — complained about being too busy. Next day dropped in to ask what's going on? Supposed to be finished by 4pm the previous day, but never got the call as promised. They couldn't find the paperwork or my keys. Asked me if it was them I really took my car to. Gold Star service had mot done and oil change got a service for free thanks
Not happy with howies, put my van in for mot,when it failed I re booked ,as i asked for a call back with a price,never heard anything back, tolk it to them for a re test and it failed again due to howies not been able to do the repairs,now the mot is up on Sunday 22/6/2025 have left me struggling to get the repairs carried out.:(
Serviced my girlfriends car quoted her £90 for the service on the phone did the service then charged her £157 (67 extra) for changing a bulb on the registration. She’s too shy to defend herself but I’d recommend all to avoid this scum garage taking advantage of a 21 year old girl
