The lack of communication between scheduling and the clinic itself is most unprofessional. My husband had a small procedure scheduled at their clinic but they failed to mention the doctor was at another clinic doing procedures. 3 hours later the doctor finally showed up. Don’t get me wrong, the doctor is excellent,but their office communication is horrible! Someone needs to be held accountable for poor service to the patients.
Finally I can get my lenses taken care of next year! Dr. Hawthorne has given me great care— after a shingles attack and through the cataract issues- and she will be giving a new pair of lenses. I’m past happy about that! And doubly happy about the care and advice she’s given me! Can’t wait!!
Dr. Ruiz was great! Looking forward to continuing my eye care with them.
I have only been there once , but was treated with respect and they appear to be knowledgeable about their procedures. It was quiet there too. DR.KELLY was very patient and caring .Thanks for the respect.
