After waiting nearly TWO HOURS this morning to see Dr. Hawthorne with no explanation as to what was taking so long from the staff I finally left. Will be reporting my experience to the Better Business Bureau. They obviously don't value their patients' time. No call to apologize, no explanation. I am so disgusted with this place.

The staff is very nice. They are knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.
I am in Austin for a conference and had a serious eye problem. They saw me the same day and provided excellent care. They were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this office.
The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because there is no personable attitude. And the receptionist talked very loud which was uncalled for. She embarrassed a few people including me.
Very efficient service and considerate. Staff is great.
