Some of the worst customer service we've seen so far. Had a 3:45pm appointment and at 5:30pm had still not been seen and was told there were still two people ahead. The office closes at 5pm. Completely ruined our day and left without being seen. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Have been going there since late '90's. They care & will work with you on paying. Last year had my right cataract removed. The procedure was painless & I see so much better!
Went in for an eye exam a while back and had great service from staff to Doctors! Definitely scheduling any further appointments here!
Recently had an eye situation that required immediate attention. From the minute I walked into the clinic I was greeted by such a friendly staff. They were warm and welcoming. The doctors were professional and handled my situation in a quick manner. I will be recommending Howerton to all my friends and family. Thanks for the great service!!
