I think Dr Kelly and staff are very good. I appreciate all they've done for me. Wait time is sometimes long but to me it means they are taking just as good care of those who were scheduled ahead of me.
Dr. H worked me in right away after a freak injury!
Had LASIK with these guys and they were great!!! Best decision of my life
Had a very bad experience with Howerton. They provided me three separate quotes for lens replacement. When I went to schedule the procedure they 'discovered' they quoted me the wrong procedure all 3 times and increased the quote by over $4000. Their remedy? To lower the cost by $500.
I give no stars!!! Waited an hr to be seen and still had to go back out and waited some more! That is ridiculous!! And we weren't the only ones that day either! I don't recommend you to no one!!!!
