Do not use this company. I recived an awful service. I completed the instruction paperwork then they refused to answer my calls and emails. I needed to speak to them as the wrong paperwork was sent out. I was unable to resolve this matter as they would not talk to me. When I spoke to the estate agent representative they advised i use another scolisitors. This company invoiced me for work completed.
