I’d give Howard’s Cycles ten stars if possible. Superbly stocked shop ran by bike expert and enthusiasts. I’ve been taking my bike here for a few years now and wouldn’t trust anyone else with it. The guys go above and beyond to ensure the bikes they work on are working to their peak and safe for the customer. I couldn’t recommend Howards Cycles high enough.

Having bought a new bike from a cycle shop in Newcastle, I booked in for a bike fit at Howard’s Cycles. Ray was very thorough and extensive, talking me through the set up of the bike, as well as adjusting to suit. Ray even found a minor fault with a brake calliper bolt which he resolved on the spot. Great value for money and came away feeling very reassured and also learnt a few new things! Thank you!

Bought a set of pedals, next day got told the listing was wrong and they were going to cancel my order. It would have cost them a couple of quid for there mistake to keep a customer, instead I have to wait up to five days to get my money back before I can buy elsewhere.
