I dread going to the doctor. Some make light of what you share and brush it off like it's no big deal. Dr. Howard listened to me. She was very pleasant to talk to and she didn't jump to prescribing medications but to first try to solve the problem naturally then consider next steps if that didn't work. I see why everyone loves her. I too love her. It's rare you find a doctor that fully listens to you and helps you come up with a plan where you can be successful.

Best primary care physician I have ever had. She genuinely cares, listens, and collaborates with you about your treatment. She recognizes you as the expert on your own body, and this is rare in a physician. She treats you overall well-being not just your health.

Dr. Monica Howard is a good doctor, but I booked my appointment with her a year in advance. Then the day before my appointment, I get a phone call that she was overbooked and I had to reschedule. My issue was why was my appointment being rescheduled if I booked it a year ago, and why was I contacted less than 24 hours to my appointment? I complained to them, and then the next day they call me back and say that the Doctor can see me again later in the afternoon. It was just very unprofessional.
