It's clean, consistent, safe, and comfortable enough.
While the day staff was awesome..thank you Arvin....the night staff were polite but useless. The room was not that clean, but, hey, it was just 1 night but then we got a look at the bathtub....so gross. We went and got cleaning stuff and cleaned it ourselves cuz the front desk said that it was too late and there was nobody available to do it. They did, however, offer us 2 extra washcloths. We even had to change a light bulb. Are you kidding me?
My check in date was Sunday July 3rd. I arrived at 2am and the rep said it was no big deal, he could check me in early since their check in wasn't until later. I check in and get up for business that morning and come back and my room is locked and I can't get in. They checked me out the same day I checked in, even though my reservation was clearly made until the 4th. I had my confirmations and everything. They didn't care. Good location. Public transportation a few steps away. Restaurants and movie house nearby.
Poor condition , neighbor up at 4 am smoking pot a update won't fix it
Gave us a room with key that opened our room to find a women already in the room... gave us a faulty key on the top floor had to go back down into the lobby.. and get another key ... so three trips to the final room and it smelled like cigarettes... not a good time...
Years out of date. Looks like the seventies. No Place to sit in room except on bed. Served a huge jar of peanut butter with a spreader stuck in it for breakfast. Not a good area.
