Neither Devin or Jason know what customer service is, both are hesitant to provide you their name when asked. The floors creek horribly, broken ice machines, the workout room smells musty and has 3 machines. No TV in the workout room just a big huge mirror. They have a coin operated laundry but no dispensary to pay for laundry detergent. The hair dryer does not work and we had ants in our room. We called about the ants and no one ever showed to spray for them. A disgusting place to rest your head while traveling.

The first room we were put in was very cold & the heater was broken. So we were placed in a different room which was great until the 2nd night when that heater broke as well. We were there 5 nights. But the 2nd room was naturally *fairly* warm so we accepted it. At least the bed was really comfortable.
I was just dropping my friend off there. The hotel is disgusting. The floorboards creak and are uneven, the lampshades are all this nasty yellow color and cracked, the fridge wasn't even working and had a bunch of stagnate water in it, they had two chairs in the hotel around a little table - both chairs were different, they painted the frames of the three identical pictures on the wall - so there is dark brown paint on the glass of the pictures AND on the wall, the hotel room was VERY dark, and they had a coffee pot for ants... read more
