The manager, Devin Lynn, is rude, condescending, and without ethics. After showing us our room, with holes in the ceiling, a torn up bathroom door, rusty fixtures, we refused it. He declined to return our money. Further, after leaving the room, we forgot a few items and he refused to allow us entry to recoup them. He stated he would recoup them. A very bad experience. Do not book here!!
I also have a story of my recent stay and issues with the manager Devin Lynn as well as Wyndham. I checked in late one evening after using the website booking.com and walked into the lobby with my cat in her carrier. I was exhausted from moving all day and wanted sleep. I got into my room and did just that. The next day I asked to extend my stay to get more rest between doing business online all day. I really liked my night there I had a room with two queen size beds there was a lot of room and the beds are so comfortable and it's a plus you get breakfast in the morning there was plenty of room for my kids to play I would definitely go back again
I Recommend this Experience . The Attendants and Night Audit Employee's , especially , are Helpful and Courteous and Delightful to be around .
Worst experience I have ever had with management she was very rude and disrespectful
we arrived yesterday checked in only to find our room was filthy shower broken no bedding no towels and a brown recluse on the wall needless to say we checked out within five minutes but management refused refund room was not sanitary I'll be disputing the charges but be warned very nasty place
The worst hotel in the United States. If this was the last place on Earth to stay, I'd suggest taking your chances with the universe. Devin Lynn is the worst hotel manager in the history of hotel management. Customer service is non-existent and is consistent within the hotel reviews. The property should be tore down.
