We're staying two nights there &the staff are friendly, the room is neat & clean, the breakfast was good close to the Grotto cave. We would recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends .
RecommendedNot having a vending machine it was quiet and the staff was excellent. No problems clean rooms. Peaceful stay!!!
The hotel is decent, but they'll screw you over blind!!!! Didn't have the $200 deposit amount available so they not only wouldn't let me stay, but kept all my money and wouldn't refund me. Stay here if you're rich or you like getting screwed!!!!
They pretty much robbed me for belongings I left in the room and called back to retrieve and of course " nothing has been turned in " .. oh and not to mention .. my friend and I watched a couple pretty much CLIMB OUT OF THE HOTEL ROOM WINDOW AND TAKE ALL THEIR BELONGINGS ALONG WITH THE HOTELS STUFF! If you have no other options .. just sleep in your car or check out and air BnB .. this is not how a company should be ran at all!! Worst staff period!
I booked 2 weeks prior to my stay.. requested a down-stairs room/handicapped room as my husband is disabled. I went through booking dot com. when I went to check in they had me on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and when I explained to them I BOOKED a disabled room.. they told me only an idiot would book through to booking dot com Their website advertises an online restaurant and lounge, as does their SHUTTLE.... <----have pictures... and yet this does not even EXIST. The manager refused to NOT CHARGE me if I left....54.60... to... read more
Horrible place never stay. They don't take cash, don't say anywhere online they don't also require a 200.00 deposit which we knew nothing about. At 10pm we call asked for a plunger 45 minutes later were told they were busy and they were not going to do it. Finally brought us one I was mean on the phone which I'm sure made them Take longer. Never stay here
