Short waiting time. Takes time to explain all my options and answer any questions.
I explained my symptoms to Dr. Help and, after an examination, he diagnosed and explained the injury. He is a remarkable diagnostician. He took time to explain the treatment plan and answer my questions. I won't go to anyone else.
I've had 2 complicated knee surgeries and he did a great job. If you want a great pair of surgical hands he's your man.

I called the office to schedule an appointment and Abby was very rude because I asked how much it would be the consultation. Luckily I was able to schedule an appointment with a more professional and ethic clinic. It was really shameful the way that they treat people in this office. I would firmly recommend hire coaching services to train the team in customer services skills. Of course I am sharing this awful experience that I have with all my network.
What a nightmare , prior to surgery everything was ok I still wouldn’t say he’s the most personable guy . Post surgery has been a nightmare , condescending, rude and dismissive is all I can say for him . I’m not sure how anyone says positive things , are we seeing different doctors ??? He's The Best!!! My experience in this office was excellent.. From the front office to the back office everyone was really helpful. Dr.Gelb explained to me exactly what was going on with my arm . I tore my tricep and a few others things, had my surgery and the recovery has not been bad at all. I have been doing physical Ther. in their office with Jay and Becky. Dr. Gelb and his staff are wonderful ! Dr. Gelb is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen . I saw him for a problem with my shin, all better!
