Under-age daughter threatened by office staff. Never going back there - ever.
I have been to Dr. Gelb and his physical therapy team led by Jay Itzkowitz. Jay has been the most professional and knowledgeable in my visits. He has absouletely given me the best care and advice. His treatments worked and I have healed. Thank you to the whole, friendly staff.
Office staff pleasant but more importantly Dr Gelb thoroughly examined my knee and was an excellent diagnostician. Dr Gelb spent the time to actually look at my MRI disc and explain in detail what he saw. It was excellent He educated me about my diagnosis and patiently answered my questions
He's a good doc but his training is the same as many other good docs out there. I arrived at his office 15 minutes early yet I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before being seen by him. I wish his staff was upfront about his long wait times they are clearly frustrated. Everyone's time is important and it is disrespectful for him to think his time is worth more. He needs to schedule less, extend his office hours or stop accepting new patients until he gets it together. I'm never going back to him.
I AM A AVID SWIMMER. I HAVE HAD SHOULDER PROBLEMS FOR 40 YEARS. I WAS CONCERNED WHEN MOVING TO FLORIDA. IF I COULD FIND THE RIGHT DR. TO TREAT MY PROBLEM.I HAD TO HAVE 2 PROCEDURES DONE ON MY RIGHT SHOULDER. I WENT TO 2 DR.'S ONE IN HOLY CROSS AND DR. GELB. WHAT MADE ME CHOOSE DR. GELB WAS HIS PATIENCE AND THE TIME HE SPENT WITH ME, EXPLAINING EVERY DETAIL.. HE ALSO HAS HIS PHYSICAL THERAPY CONNECTED TO HIS OFFICE. HE HIMSLEF IS AN ATHLETE. HIS STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
Dr Gelb is a super hero. Other top docs in Boca Raton missed the torn meniscus and he nailed it. He is a super star. Jason S Goldberg.
Took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them appropriately. I took my 14 year old daughter who has been having consistent knee pains. I liked how he explained the root cause of the issue and the right way to resolve it. A very conservative approach. Though a surgery could have a been solution too, liked the way he decided to use the physical therapy considering the age and the situation. Highly recommended.
Dr Gelb thoroughly and patiently reviewed all options with me. Ultimately i opted for surgery and couldnt be happier with the outcome. Yes his office is crowded but theres a reason for that- he is by far the best at what he does. Hes a brilliant surgeon who is an MD, not a DO which makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!
My Husband has been seeing Dr. Gelb for years now. He is very Professional and has a great bed side manner. He really cares about his Patients. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for the Best Doctor out there.
