I called the office to schedule an appointment and Abby was very rude because I asked how much it would be the consultation. Luckily I was able to schedule an appointment with a more professional and ethic clinic. It was really shameful the way that they treat people in this office. I would firmly recommend hire coaching services to train the team in customer services skills. Of course I am sharing this awful experience that I have with all my network.
What a nightmare , prior to surgery everything was ok I still wouldn’t say he’s the most personable guy . Post surgery has been a nightmare , condescending, rude and dismissive is all I can say for him . I’m not sure how anyone says positive things , are we seeing different doctors ??? I’m usually not one to write reviews but I want to save someone , run !!! I could overlook the 2 hour wait every time he double/triple books if he was a decent doctor with a decent bedside manner . He's The Best!!! My experience in this office was excellent.. From the front office to the back office everyone was really helpful. Dr.Gelb explained to me exactly what was going on with my arm . I tore my tricep and a few others things, had my surgery and the recovery has not been bad at all. I have been doing physical Ther. in their office with Jay and Becky. Dr. Gelb and his staff are wonderful ! Dr. Gelb is very knowledgeable and he takes the time to listen . I saw him for a problem with my shin, all better!
Under-age daughter threatened by office staff. Never going back there - ever.
I have been to Dr. Gelb and his physical therapy team led by Jay Itzkowitz. Jay has been the most professional and knowledgeable in my visits. He has absouletely given me the best care and advice. His treatments worked and I have healed. Thank you to the whole, friendly staff.
Office staff pleasant but more importantly Dr Gelb thoroughly examined my knee and was an excellent diagnostician. Dr Gelb spent the time to actually look at my MRI disc and explain in detail what he saw. It was excellent He educated me about my diagnosis and patiently answered my questions
