Dr. Gelb saw me near to my appointment time. His nurse was wonderful and very friendly. I felt the information needed on the iPad was tedious. I am used to doing all my pre appointment stuff on a website at home. Also at checkout, I asked for a printout of notes about my appointment and the office is not equipped to do that. I also asked for a print out of my bill and could not get that either. Office staff could not tell me if I had an account set up where I might be able to obtain the info once I got home. I was extremely pleased and impressed with this office. The staff was extremely friendly and timely, and the doctor was so friendly and had a great bedside manner.
The front desk is Perfect in every way if you have an appointment at 2 o’clock you are seen at 2 o’clock they are amazing
Dr Gelb was thorough in his analysis of my problem as he took the time to really dig into my problem and recommendation for a better way to continue on without surgery.
Our entire family has been using Dr. Gelb for as far back as I can remember. He's set multiple breaks, healed a displaced should, operated on a shoulder, knee surgery, broken tibia patella, and several wrist breaks!
Dr Gelb did a thorough examination of my shoulders and told me I was not a candidate for surgery or physical therapy. My arthritis is too advanced for him to help me which I think is an honest answer to my problems.
Professional and friendly atmosphere. Dr. and staff take time to explain and answer questions.
Dr. Gelb is a terrific orthodontist surgeon and I trust him and his expertise implicitly. He went over my sports injury and explained some of the solutions. If I need surgery, I will once again have him perform it.
Like always excellent service by all the staff.
