I have been living at this accommodation for 1 year and my experience throughout has been horrible, takes them forever to get work repaired carried out and extremely rude receptionists, they are never present when needed and when they are they are useless. They paint a pretty picture but are dirty throughout.

I was one of the first tenants to move into Howard Court. Every since they've been very hospitable and accommodating, sorting minor teething issues within a matter of hours. Very special mention to Richard, who has gone above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, he's a great asset to Howard Court.
