Howard Baker Estates has been managing my property since September 2004. Over the years, Sam, Mina and the team have dealt with everything including repairs, renovations, replacing various items, and new regulations. They always send pictures of work carried out. They have always been careful to select the right tenants for the property. They have been very professional, courteous and kind in their dealings with me. I am very happy to continue using their services.
Howard Baker Estates managed to find a suitable home for myself and my family to rent in a very short space of time. Mr Parmar presented a range of options and personally took me to visit each property and conveyed the advantages and disadvantages of each option.
