I've used Howards for years to find new tenants and Chris has always done a good job on that front. Great tenants every time. Whilst all my previous tenant searches have been pretty straight forward, the latest one was bit of a nightmare due to some work that had to be done to the flat. Thankfully, Victoria was an absolute lifesaver, even helping organise some of the work, organising the gas safety check and recommending suppliers (who was a star too). Absolute cracking team, I couldn't recommend them enough.

Definitely my most abrupt experience calling an estate agent, never been hung up on before! If you’re annoyed about people calling to ask about sold properties - maybe take it off your website Curtly saying ‘It’s sold’ and immediately hanging up before I can ask about the second property I was interested in just means I won’t ask about the second property (or any other listed with you).
Very helpful and easy to reach throughout the buying process. Always on hand to offer assistance and help push through the sale. No complaints whatsoever!
Big thanks to all at Howard for finding us new tenants so quickly and efficiently. Chris and Victoria led the process and were responsive and accurate in all aspects. Tara sorted the finances and Howard himself was initial contact. Not to put the pressure on for future clients but they found us a great tenant couple after literally a single 20 mins set of viewings! Highly recommend.
