Excellent service. The Osteopath, Richard, has been brilliant. I had damaged my shoulder but after a couple of appointments I noticed a good improvement. I've repeated appointments for about 10 weeks (some weekly and some several weeks apart) and there is a marked improvement.
Had an Osteopathy session with Charles after my RSI flared up in both arms / shoulders recently. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, friendliness - and most of all in the treatment itself, I feel like I have just had a full service and my whole upper body and arms feel completely released of tension! The RSI has been there in my arms so long I had forgotten that my tight and swollen forearms aren't meant to feel solid like that - but now they feel totally different, relaxed and soft! Saw Richard i had both Osteopathic and acupuncture on my back. Not fully healed yet but I'm sure it won't be long.
I saw Richard as I have a long standing hip issue - After 1 treatment my hip was greatly improved more mobility and no pain resulting in a perfect night's sleep.
