I absolutely love Houston’s and have been eating there for over 20 years. I’ve watched the prices increase while portion sizes decreased. I get it, I really do. However, this last visit over the weekend was pathetic and will definitely be my last. The portion sizes do not match the price in my opinion. I don’t even eat much.... I have yet to finish a veggie burger in one sitting. My husband had the salmon ($28) and I had “my” veggie burger. ($18). Please see the portion sizes of the side items and decide for yourself. A neighborly cheers type bar. Bartenders always find me a seat. Love their club salad. Close to home too!
This was an experience we won’t soon forget. Deirrian was attentive and complimentary and seemed happy to see us and appeared to love her job. It was nice to see a restaurant that has a dress code. Great place for a special occasion.
One of our favorites. Always awesome food and wine list is impeccable!
They manage to mess out a simple reservation 3 times in a row.
