I have been regularly going to Houston’s for 25 years and watched the portions of food get smaller and prices higher. I never mind paying for food of great quality and portion size but when there is no consideration for the long time customers and you are putting profit over customer satisfaction you will lose a large portion of us... my daughter and husband went there tonight and Emily was attentive to their concerns with the above but something needs to be done on a corporate level...

Horrible experience at Houston’s last night,Dec.16. As every Monday night regulars we were Very disappointed. They lost & wouldn’t honor our reservation even though it showed on the cellphone the call was placed at 1:45 Saturday! We were treated disrespectfully by Walter a “Manager “ and the Hostess. We spend over $50 per person per week there & have for 5 years! Four of us- that’s $45,000 A nice chunk of change in supporting Houston’s! Normally it’s one of my favorite places to eat but today it was rude staff lots of complaints by staff that it was a hectic day and served as if we were at a Chili’s need to work on staff issues disappointing
