I moved out of one your properties (Forest Cove) in April 2017. I left the place in better shape than I received it. The Manager at that time Jennifer Jenaw signed off on it and I was due to get my refund. However, it's now October 2017 and I have gotten nothing but the run around about my refund. I'm sure it has everything to do with the fact that you can't keep a Manager at that place....lived there a year and in that year alone 4 different Managers.
A multimillion-dollar company scared to fix a few screw holes from plywood to protect personal property during one of the worst storms in the history of the u.s.? I hope your business suffers from the greed of not putting your tenants first.
