Luna Trails in Titusville, FL are advertising their 2 bedroom apartment for 750.00 a month but when you sign lease you are told it’s 783.00 a month. Also if you paid your deposit of 200.00 to hold the apartment it was to come with a washer/dryer no mention of fee but when you sign the lease you are informed that there is a 50.00 a month charge. That’s a 83.00 a month increase for Low income Seniors. Sounds like a bait Hans switch tactic.
My mom lived in Arbor View, in margate. She moved out in July and we are still waiting on a security deposit. It’s almost impossible to contact anyone in this company. I’ve sent out two emails, called the margate office literally every day. We get excuse after excuse. Maybe the Chiefs of this company are so well off because they don’t believe in giving back security deposits.
Worst place to live ! Corporate doesn’t even call you back I left several messages and I’ve been living with no a/c for six weeks ! Also the flood in my living room and sons room because the ac guy cracked the tray and my one year old was playing in a giant kitty pool in my living room ! This ac problem has been on going since the day I moved in ! #freedomgardens

I have been living in this community for 6 years. now with the new administration is the worst place to live, I pay my rent on time, I do everything they want, but a new neighbor has just moved is a person who does not socialize with anyone and complains about everything, even I can not put music, I can not watch TV, or play any instrument in your own house. When the neighbor called the police at 11:00 a.m. the police told me that the law says that there may be any noise in your house between one hour and another. Thank you ... read more
