My mom moved here 5 years ago and it was then well run and well maintained. Now it is quite the opposite. There are residents with no heating for weeks at a time, the security system was outed by a lightning strike on 4 flats in August 2022 they are still waiting for them to be repaired in February 2023. These elderly residents now don't know who is ringing their bell they have to run up and down stairs to open the door, not knowing who is on the other side!!
