I spent 3 months in one of the housemates' houses. I had a lovely stay there with great roommates. The staff were pleasant and available, and were able to adapt to my situation. I didn't have any particular concerns.
I stayed with housemates for 2 years and I've never had an issue, and they were quick to resolve any problems. The flat is great and my bedroom is very spacious. Nice bathrooms, living room and kitchen. I enjoyed my time at Bond Street. Relocating in 2024 because of a new job. I highly recommend housemates if you are looking for a place to stay - very professional staff and you can always contact them via whatsapp/email for questions or issues.
Partner resided in a shared home. They are arrogant and ignorant when it comes to calls and texts and will read and ignore you for weeks on end. They don't help in any situation with the properties or it takes them months. They hire cowboy builders and gardeners that do half jobs and leave the rest in a mess. They try to set viewings up for your room or property without giving you prior warning and seem to think they can just walk on in.. This is against the law.
