Avoid and look for other estate agents. Their landlords will try and not return any of the deposit.
Terrible service and communication. Booked a property viewing and the estate agent never showed up. No cancellation, no phone call, nothing. I was left waiting outside the property with no update. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Would not recommend based on this experience.
Had a big issue with drainage last weekend in my flat and Renata straight away sorted it for a guy to come round within the hour to fix it. Very happy tenant especially as I had a lot on that day. Renata is very good at her job and she is a massive asset to the company.
