Two weeks after i took the car, i was trying to make right and the car hit a curb because i could not turn the steering and it almost locked. House of Imports provides excellent customer service. My advisor Sam reserved a Benz while my car was serviced. Sam followed up on my car and was very professional.
Jag was very accommodating & pretty much answered all of my queries regarding the GLK. I enjoyed the Starbucks drink too. Service got done in a timely manner.
I took my sl500 into service and Bill Chow was so informative of what my car needed and actually took me back to the mechanic that was servicing my car and showed me the things that were being done and there were a few more items I was shown. The whole experience at the House was exceptional! Had my car back in one day running and looking great and price was great! THANKS BILL!
