I agree with the sales process being fine...Everything after is TERRIBLE. NO ONE WILL CALL US BACK AFTER LEAVING 10+ MESSAGES WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER AMD GENERAL MANAGER. We cancelled an extended warranty a couple months ago and were told a check would be sent to us, weeks later still no check. Even shortly after buying they were impossible to reach.
Brought my car in for my annual service, detail and polished up my dinged up wheels with Jag. I'm so glad that I bought the extra protection insurance for my tires and wheels years ago because I mess them up like crazy! My dinged up wheels look brand new again every time I visit Jag. He always goes above and beyond to make sure that I leave happy.
Christian Magana is the absolute best! Every time I go in with Sadie for a service, he is professional, friendly and efficient. Dropped her off at 10am and she was ready to go in two hours....fantastic service.
The service at House of Imports was exceptional. My service advisor - Adam Tashchyan - took personal and professional care to see that my car issue was resolved.
